Dr. Nazmul Ula provides expertise in electronic device simulation, VLSI design techniques, and semiconductor physics. The Professor has a Bachelor’s degree from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology, 1979; M.S. from University of Wyoming, 1985; Ph.D. from University of California, Davis, 1991. Through his experience of being a Professor for the last 29 years, we have one of the few programs in the country where junior electrical engineering students are designing using “industry standard” tools.

Rehnuma Kamal Ahmed, a regular news reader of Bangladesh Betar Television. She is one of the familiar faces from Bangladesh Television, popularly known as BTV for quite a long time. Roquia Haider is a well-known figure to all Bengali-speaking people across the world. She has now been appointed the chief of the Bangla language department of the Voice of America (VOA). She is the first woman to have joined the role at the radio station since 1958. Her newscast created an overwhelmed audience. Many news readers present their news on radio and television but it seems that there is a charisma in Roquia Haider’s voice which makes her extraordinary and brings fame for her.
